I’ve lived in many houses, none of them was mine
This series of work was based on a research of what a house as more than an architectural object, house as a body, as an inner place which is a container for thoughts, emotions and complex processes that make us alive. a house is also a place where we gather, it is a base, a shelter. It could be as well a place in which the growth is suffocated or where changes of any kind are not welcome. The sculptures also reflect the contrast between movement and stillness, the contrast in materials, the stillness of wood and the movement of stone.
